Throughout February and March, British Port Association held four online ‘Inclusion in the Workplace’ webinars with the organisation Inclusive Employers. These covered a range of subjects such as inclusive decision making, unconscious bias, inclusive behaviours and the ‘bystander effect’.
The inclusion webinars were a first for the BPA and we had great interest, with over 400 registered attendees from a range of our port and associate members. Thank you to everyone that joined the webinars, we hope you found them useful.
If you were not able to join the webinars live or had missed any of the sessions, we are pleased to share with you the links of each session which can be viewed on YouTube, along with the presentations slides.
